You sincerely connect and collaborate with our international target engineers to help them find the best possible virtual engineering solution for their purposes.
You are the vanguard of our unique Dive Experience that promises an honest, insightful, and joyful journey!
Your responsibilities
  • Cultivate trusted and insightful long term prospect relationships
  • Qualify potential customers by conducting discovery meetings, product presentations, and workshops in close collaboration with account executives to generate pre-qualified business opportunities
  • Articulate a clear, competitive, and compelling value proposition
  • Guide discussions about potential engineering use cases including the technical execution of simulation POCs
  • Build and nurture a network of international sales partners to lead efficient market campaigns
  • Reach out to new business leads using different prospecting techniques such as Social Media, Cold Calling, and Emailing
  • Direct reporting to CEO and close collaboration with marketing, sales, customer success, and product management to influence the customer journey, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
Your profile
  • 5+ years experience in the engineering market holding a customer-facing role
  • Advanced knowledge of CAE and CAD for complex industrial engineering applications including a quick technical grasp
  • Outstanding persuasive communication in English
  • Sense of urgency that values speed and responsiveness
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Engineering, or comparable acedemic background
  • Confident, respectful, and reliable personality incl. high integrity and emotional intelligence
  • Curious, coachable, revenue-driven mindset and general business acumen
  • Preferably experienced in product marketing, technical sales, and business negotiation
