Your Mission

As our Office & People Operations Manager, your mission is to create an excellent workplace experience that enables our team to do their best work. You will own the day-to-day operations of our Berlin office, help strengthen our culture, and build the processes and environment that allow our company to scale successfully.
You will be the driving force behind a workplace that is organized, engaging, and people-centric ensuring employees feel supported, connected, and excited to be part of our journey.

Your Responsibilities

Office Management
  • Own the day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless workplace experience for all employees
  • Manage relationships with landlords, facility management, cleaning services, and other external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and office-related regulations
Employee Experience & Culture
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging office environment that reflects our company culture
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, and internal gatherings
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on office and workplace-related matters
People Operations
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure every new hire has a seamless and positive start
  • Support employee lifecycle processes in close collaboration with the team leaders
  • Maintain and improve internal policies, documentation, and operational processes
Operations & Administration
  • Manage office budgets, vendor relationships, and operational expenses
  • Review and process invoices and support administrative workflows related to office operations
  • Coordinate business travel, visitor management, and other organizational logistics

Your Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Office Management, People Operations, Employee Experience, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing external vendors, office budgets, contracts, and office operations
  • Solid IT skills and confidence using standard office software and productivity tools
  • Professional fluency in English and working proficiency in German (B2 level or equivalent)
