As one of Dive CAE’s first team members in India, you will help bring a new generation of engineering simulation to one of the world’s most dynamic technical markets. You will work directly with customers on fluid dynamics, thermal management, and multiphysics challenges, helping them use Dive’s cloud-native simulation platform to solve problems that are becoming too complex, too slow, or too costly for traditional workflows.
This role combines application engineering, customer success, technical consulting, and sales engineering. You will shape early customer relationships in India and APAC, bring real engineering needs back into the product, and help build the foundation for Dive CAE’s regional growth.

Your Mission
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical interface between Dive CAE and customers across India and the broader APAC region
- Support customers in solving complex fluid flow, thermal management, and multiphysics engineering challenges
- Partner with sales teams on customer discovery, technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept projects
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, deployment, and adoption of simulation workflows
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for simulation, application, and workflow-related challenges
- Create technical content such as application studies, benchmark cases, tutorials, webinars, and training materials
- Gather customer feedback and translate industry requirements into actionable product improvement recommendations
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in CFD, thermal management, simulation engineering, application engineering, technical consulting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermal management, and first-principles engineering thinking
- Hands-on experience with CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, Simcenter STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or similar platforms
- Experience in customer-facing technical work, such as application engineering, sales engineering, technical support, consulting, or customer success
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Python scripting, numerical methods, AI-driven engineering workflows, or multiphysics simulation approaches is a plus
- Professional fluency in English
