Senior Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

Are you a passionate, ambitious professional ready to drive the growth of an innovative engineering startup? Dive is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative who will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and shaping our future success.
As the front-line advocate for Dive, you’ll identify and engage potential clients, craft personalized outreach strategies, and set the stage for impactful discovery calls. Your work will directly influence our growth trajectory, making you an essential part of our dynamic team. Your Responsibilities

You target and engage companies in various engineering markets with precision and creativity, ensuring our outreach efforts resonate with potential clients.
You build strong relationships through personalized emails and one-on-one communication, engaging with multiple contacts within each company.
You generate high-quality leads through diverse acquisition channels, contributing to the expansion of our market footprint.
You craft compelling content for emails, voicemails, and introductory calls that capture attention and spark interest.
You utilize the latest tools to gather insights, maintain communication, and refine our approach.
You research company personas and simulation tools to qualify leads effectively, ensuring we’re targeting the right opportunities.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (minimum; does not need to be technical)
3+ years in a sales role, preferably in business development
Strong familiarity with sales methods and sales processes is essential
Passion for business development and early-stage sales
Experience in a business development role, preferably within a startup
Understanding of technical products is a plus
Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
