As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll spearhead the strategic management and development of our SPH solver's core physics, numerics & HPC capabilities. Seize the opportunity to drive innovation, collaborate with dynamic cross-functional teams, and shape the future of our product offerings in the cutting-edge CAE market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the product management of our SPH Solver's core physics, numerics & HPC capabilities, driving excellence in every aspect.
  • Define and implement initiatives that transform our product, overseeing seamless release processes and measuring success against our strategic vision.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering teams throughout the solver components' lifecycle, ensuring synchronized progress.
  • Skillfully manage the product backlog, defining requirements and prioritizing enhancements in line with our company strategy.
  • Conduct insightful market and customer research to identify market segments and unlock future business opportunities.
  • Foster product discovery through innovative experiments that push the boundaries of possibility.
  • Collaborate closely with teams like Customer Success, Sales and Marketing providing them with essential technical insights and thorough product knowledge.
Your Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of the CAE market, particularly in CFD, coupled with knowledge of competitors and target audiences.
  • At least, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in numerical methods and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), with a proven ability to apply theory to commercial challenges.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Product Manager role or similar.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing CFD products in commercial environments, showcasing expertise in solving real-world problems.
  • Proficiency in agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • A strong communicator and natural leader, with an innate ability to inspire and rally teams towards shared goals.
  • Seasoned in the art of product management and prioritization, guiding products through their entire lifecycle from ideation to release and beyond.
